All at New Lambton Eagles FC were saddened to hear of the passing of Life Member and multiple Premiership winning coach Peter Engel.
After a stellar career at Edgeworth FC, where he was also a Life Member, Pete was the mastermind for the platform of on-field success in ZPL that provided the blueprint and gave others the opportunity for the Golden Eagles to climb back into the second tier and now the NPL.
Always at Old Boys Day, always with a word of advice. A true champion. Our condolences to his family.

The Football Department and Club Executive of the New Lambton Eagles Football Club are excited to announce the signing of Josh Piddington for the 2024 and 2025 Northern NSW Football NPL seasons.
Josh brings a wealth of experience to The Eagles back line, including 6 NNSWF NPL Premierships, 8 Grand Finals appearances, 2022 and 2023 NNSWF Team of the Year, and 8 player awards at Broadmeadow and Lambton.
Exciting times ahead at The Nest.
